Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging. We will issue a refund once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Conditions for Return

• Item must be in its original, unopened condition.
• Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
• A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must be included with the return.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at [email protected] or call us at 827-813-8588 x7174 to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
3. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service representative. Please retain your shipping tracking information.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or 827-813-8588 x7174 with photos of the damage or incorrect item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
